Terms & Conditions

Coins Global Solutions have enforced the following rules and restrictions into the platform. There are measures put in place to track and detect all user activities to ensure that all users abide by these rules.

This is necessary for the stability and growth of the platform to enable all members reach their desired financial goals.

These are given herein as the Terms and Conditions for using this platform. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us using our Support Chat feature.

1. Registration requires a referral code from an existing member. This could be from the referral’s link or from direct code entry to the registration form.
2. Members get a one-off, 5% of coins bidded by person referred, as Referral Bonus and will be paid out when it reaches a set threshold of 10,000.
3. Users MUST request entry before each new auction. Minimum bid value is 10,000.
4. Bid Amount MUST be equal to or greater than previous amount i.e. you cannot bid less than previous bid amount.
5. Users MUST NOT include the words 'Coins', 'Token' or 'Trading' in the Description or Narrative of payment when settling their Bids.
6. Users MUST include the Bid’s Reference Number as the payment narrative when making payments.
7. Fake proof of payment is a serious offence and is highly forbidden. Users can report fake proofs of payment and actions will be taken against offenders including permanent ban.
8. Banning will include the user’s IP address, email, phone, names and bank details. These users will be removed from all our social groups and added to our System’s Blacklist.
9. As part of the registration, new members MUST verify their emails AND phone numbers. The phone number used in registration MUST be a WhatsApp number.
10. There will be 2 Auction windows per day.
    
    
    • Morning (8:00am to 9:00am) and
    • Evening (7:00pm to 8:00pm)
11. Bid Maturity duration is 10 days. This would yield a 100% profit.
12. Minimum bid slot value is 10,000 coins for N10,000.
13. Users MUST bid back 50% of their matured slot Growth value before it can be placed to auction.
    
    For example, if your N10k slot is now mature, the expected growth value is N20k.
    You MUST bid back 50% of N20k (which is N10k) to allow this slot to be automatically auctioned for you.
    You will receive N20k once someone successfully bids this slot from the auction.
    
14. Once a user bids on a slot, they have 30 mins to make payment to the owner.
15. If for any reasons the user is unable to make the payment within 30 mins, they MUST cancel the bid immediately within the 30 mins to avoid penalty charges (5% of the amount).
16. If a user does not cancel a bid, and payment has not been made within 30 mins, a penalty and disciplinary actions will be applied.
17. Slot Owners have 30 mins to confirm settlement payments. A penalty charge of 5% of the amount is applied when this time is exceeded.
18. Cancelling a bid will place that Bid slot back to the Auction floor which will be available for other users to bid.
19. Users having issues settling their bids will have the option to request for time extension from the bid slot owner. If approved, this will extend the expected settlement deadline by 1 hour or more, as agreed between parties.
20. If a user’s coins have reached maturity, their bid slots are created automatically in the Auction Floor. Notification is sent to the user.
21. Users will receive notifications via emails (and SMS for more important actions needed)
